How do I apply?
Open a role that is hiring, tell us who you are, and upload a 30–90 second intro video. We watch every one. Phone quality is fine.
Why do you ask for a video?
A short video tells us how you talk to people. Record it on your phone. No editing required.
What do you pay?
We pay well and we post it. Every open role lists a starting wage at the top of the application. Wanting to be paid fairly is welcome here.
What is the work really like?
Physical, useful, and better with a crew that likes each other. Field roles are Front Range and based out of Longmont. Some technology roles can be remote in the US. Each posting says which.
Do technicians need IICRC certification?
Lead techs usually do, or equivalent experience. Apprentices do not. We help people get certified once they are on a crew.
